How to make the best protein shake

Step One: Add 8-16 oz of water/coconut or almond milk.

I prefer unsweetened almond milk.


Step Two: Add protein powder. I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, Double Rich Chocolate, 5 Pound. I suggest Optimum Nutrition because it is a certified product by Informed Choice, so you know you're getting a quality product and it tastes great too!
